Zhansugurov (Kazakhstan).
The scientific program will address a comprehensive range of interdisciplinary topics. Key discussion areas will include innovative technologies and developments across the mining industry, from geology and geophysics to mineral processing, metallurgy, and chemical technology. The conference will emphasize the processing of industrial and man-made waste, environmental safety, and the implementation of green technologies. We are going to explore current challenges and development trends in technosphere safety, automation, and digital transformation to ensure the sustainable and efficient future of high-tech mining systems.

The conference brought together over 250 participants from 15 countries and served as an international platform for scientific cooperation and knowledge exchange in geotechnologies, mining engineering, mineral processing, and sustainable natural resource management. The program included a plenary session and thematic sections covering geology and geotechnologies, geoecology, mineral processing, digital transformation and automation, and infrastructure and energy issues in mining.
More than 320 papers were submitted; after rigorous peer review, 80 articles were selected for publication in the conference proceedings. The materials of GeoTech-VI 2025 were published in E3S Web of Conferences, Volume 627, indexed in Scopus, reflecting the conference’s high academic standards and its contribution to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions in the mining industry.

The IV International conference "Geotechnology, Mining and Rational Use of Natural Resources - GeoTech-2024" was held on 4 April 2024 by the Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies (Uzbekistan).
The Conference gathered more than 200 parcipants from more than 5 countries. The programme was very tough and very vivid.
The Organizers and Partners of the Conference were: Joint Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (Navoi, Uzbekistan), Akita University (Akita city, Japan), Chinese Mining and Technology University (China, Beijing), International Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations (Moscow, Russia), Bukhara Engineering and Technological Institute (Bukhara, Uzbekistan), Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov (Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan), Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Santiago, Chile), Namangan Engineering and Technological Institute (Namangan, Uzbekistan).
Scientists and specialists from Uzbek and foreign universities, research institutes, enterprises, design and research centres are invited to participate in GeoTech-2024.
The purpose of the conference - scientific and methodological foundations and practical solutions for the introduction of a new technological structure of the mining and metallurgical industry in the development of solid mineral deposits using combined geotechnologies; discussion of scientific studies on the introduction of technical development and energy efficiency, development of evidence-based conclusions and recommendations for the introduction of innovative developments into production.
Issues of innovative technologies and developments in the mining industry, processing of minerals, metallurgy, energy, chemical technology and processing of industrial man-made waste, environmental safety, green technologies, current problems and development trends of technosphere safety in high-tech industries will be discussed.

The III International scientific conference "International Conference on Geotechnology, Mining and Rational Use of Natural Resources - GeoTech-2023" was held on June 16-17, 2023, at the Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies (Uzbekistan).
The aims of the Conference included organization of cooperation with foreign scientists in conducting research on the efficient processing of minerals, studying advanced foreign technologies and innovative developments, assessing the possibility of their use, and solving the problem of training qualified personnel in this field.
