Welcome to the VII International Conference on Geotechnology, Mining and Rational Use of Natural Resources (GeoTech-VII 2026)
Date: April 28-30, 2026
Location: Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies, Navoi, Uzbekistan
The VII International Conference, GeoTech-VII 2026, is an international platform for leading scientists, researchers, and industry specialists to address the fundamental scientific and methodological challenges in the mining and metallurgical sectors. Hosted at the Navoi State University of Mining and Technologies, the conference focuses on introducing a new technological paradigm for developing solid mineral deposits through the application of advanced integrated geotechnologies.

This event provides opportunities to discuss scientific research, promote technical development and energy efficiency, and formulate evidence-based recommendations for integrating innovative solutions into industrial production. A primary objective is to support international cooperation among scientists, facilitating collaborative research into the efficient processing of minerals and the adoption of advanced foreign technologies.

The strength of this conference lies in the diverse expertise and shared vision of our partners. This event is made possible through a strategic collaboration between international academic institutions and industry leaders: Akita University (Japan), Chinese University of Mining and Technology (China), International Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations (Russia), Joint Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company (Uzbekistan), Kazan Federal University (Russia), Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Chile), Satbayev University (Kazakhstan), Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (Germany), University of Miskolc (Hungary), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (Malaysia), Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov (Kazakhstan).

The scientific program will address a comprehensive range of interdisciplinary topics. Key discussion areas will include innovative technologies and developments across the mining industry, from geology and geophysics to mineral processing, metallurgy, and chemical technology. The conference will emphasize the processing of industrial and man-made waste, environmental safety, and the implementation of green technologies. We are going to explore current challenges and development trends in technosphere safety, automation, and digital transformation to ensure the sustainable and efficient future of high-tech mining systems.
